50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration!
At Shasta Ranch Lodge

During Thanksgiving weekend 2008, my husband and I celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary at Shasta Ranch Lodge. The arrangements had been made by our daughter and son. We enjoyed the visit from beginning to end.

The cozy gas fireplace, comfortable couches, big screen tv, and pool table kept us entertained. The youngsters had plenty of toys, cds, and books to keep them happy. The wrought iron gate at the top of the stairs kept them safe.

Our cooks found your kitchen a delight to work in; fully stocked with pots, pans, every kind of dish, glassware, and cooking utensil. A lesson on the proper way to use a potato peeler was given!

With ten adults, a seven year old, and an infant, we used the four bedrooms and couches to sleep. Each of the beds were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bedroom Dick and I were assigned had the biggest shower and closet space. The second bath had a large tub that the youngest of our group enjoyed.

This was the first time Dick and I had stayed at a lodge. The experience exceeded our expectations and we would recommend Shasta Ranch Lodge to other families.
